New Year’s Eve on the backdrop of the Colosseum has become the traditional open-air celebration in Rome. This year’s free concert will be held by roman singer and song writer Claudio Baglioni. The show will span his long career with his 1970’s successes as well as the more recent songs. Last year, Antonello Venditti concert was attended by about 100,000 people. If you don’t feel like challenging Rome’s winter but still love big crowds, then the Rephlexeve is your event. If you like the anticonventional, then you can’t miss the Anti-capodanno (New Year’s Eve in Italian) by Rashomon Club & Saponeria club, at 16-20 Via degli Argonauti from 11 pm until 7 am with the young Italian DJ talent Massimo di Lena, the Chilean Felipe Venegas and the French Freak And Chic Anthony Collins.

Masks and masquerade are the main theme of Micca Club New Year’s Eve party, with surprise Burlesque by Peggy Sue and the convenient dinner option.
Kenny Dope Gonzales, official remixer of Madonna and Michael Jackson, will be behind the decks of Room 26. The night will be opened by Sarah Favouritizm. Here, too, there is a dinner option, starting at 8:30 pm. Entrance after midnight for those who don’t want to eat there.
