The economic crisis could still be hitting our wallets but should leave our holiday dreams unscathed! So if you are a sea and boats lover, you should definitely come to Big Blu to feed your summer fantasies. And even if you can’t afford a 40ft yacht, the 5th edition of Rome’s Sea and Boat Show will offer you the opportunity to discover a lot of new interesting stuff for your summer sea vacations.
The latest models of the French sailing yachts Beneteau and Jeanneau or the roman Comar will be presented for the first time during the 9-day exposition (February 19-27). If you are keener on motor boats, Itama, Blu Martin, Adagio, Uniesse and Blue Ice will all debut for the event but the well known Azimut, Stama, Sessa and Rio Yachts, Atlantis, Airon Marine and Portofino will also present their new products. While for inflatable crafts, Pirelli and Sacs should be the most interesting new appearances.
But Big Blue is not only boats (800 on display by 600 different producers), it also means fishing, nautic clothes, latest technology gadgets and water sports: it is a comprehensive sea fair.
Last year 140,000 people attended the event. But don’t panic, the venue is huge: 13 halls, 120,000 square meters of indoor exhibition space and 40,000 square meters of outdoor space are perfect for hosting this expo just out of Rome.
